Description
Soft Pilates weights are designed for strengthening, plyometrics, balance, and mobilisation exercises, providing resistance to target and tone specific muscle groups. Designed to be easily gripped in the hand, these weighted balls offer a more fluid range of motion compared to using a standard dumbbell.
