Order amendments and cancellations
Please call 01254 277 856. Lines are open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Orders are usually dispatched the following morning and cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Please notify the customer care team if you intend to reject the delivery. Please note that we are unable to take payment over the phone.
Where's my order?
Tracking information will be provided with your order dispatch email. If you have not received this or there is a problem with your delivery then please get in touch by phone on 01254 277 856 (9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday) or fill in the form below.
Replacements and returns
